How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Email brookevolpe@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 10 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.

Memberships will be placed on hold for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months in a 12 month period. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
