There is a $20 fee to place your membership on hold. Memberships can be placed on hold for a minimum of 1 month and up to 3 months. 3 months is the maximum hold during a 12 month period. Hold fees will be waived for medical leave such as pregnancy and other health issues. Please email brookevolpe@fit4mom.com for questions. 10 business day noticed required.
